1. Services

Online tutoring is provided in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Lessons are available in 1-hour or 2-hour sessions.

2. Booking & Payment

- All lessons must be booked online through our booking system.
- Payment is required at the time of booking via secure payment gateways.
- Prices for lessons are clearly listed during booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for
a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.
- Lessons canceled by the tutor will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

4. Student Responsibilities

- Students must attend lessons on time and ensure they have necessary materials and a stable internet connection.

- Students are responsible for completing any assigned practice or homework.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

- We commit to providing professional and structured lessons at the scheduled time.

- We will communicate any changes or issues promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Results cannot be guaranteed. Improvement depends on student effort.

- We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
